Who we are

Space Chica is a trading name of SpaceChica Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Placing an order

When you place an order through the site, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer (and a contract is formed) when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order.

Right to cancel (distance sales)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details on how to return items.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
