Returns & Refunds
Not in love with it? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, for any reason. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the items.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. We may reduce your refund if the items show signs of use beyond what was necessary to inspect them.
How to return
- Email us via the contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We'll send you return instructions.
- Pack the items securely and post them back.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent, you cover the cost of return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded for full-order cancellations.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. You're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
